(forynthalexis.sbs) and related services, you acknowledge

September 2025 and February 2026. Program
availability and scheduling are subject to minimum
enrollment requirements and instructor
availability.
User Responsibilities and Conduct

activities that occur under your account. Notify
us immediately of any unauthorized use of your
account.
Accurate Information: You agree

such information as necessary to keep it

Appropriate Use: You may not
use our services for any unlawful purpose or in
any way that could damage, disable, or impair
our platform. This includes attempting to gain
unauthorized access to other users' accounts or

prohibited from sharing, distributing, or

through our platform without explicit written
permission.
Professional Conduct: When

Upon enrollment and payment, you are granted a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
access and use the educational materials for your
personal learning purposes only. This license does
not permit you to:

- Create derivative works
based on our content
- Use our materials for
commercial purposes or training others
- Remove or alter any
copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Reverse engineer or
attempt to extract source code from our platform
User-Generated Content
Any content you submit to our platform, including
forum posts, assignments, or feedback, remains your
property. However, by submitting content, you grant
forynthalexis a worldwide, royalty-free license to use,
reproduce, and display such content for educational
and promotional purposes related to our services.
Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payment for forynthalexis services is due upon enrollment
unless alternative payment arrangements have been
agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit
cards and bank transfers for Australian customers.
All fees are stated in Australian dollars (AUD)
unless otherwise specified.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are available within 14 days of program
commencement, provided you have not accessed
more than 25% of the course materials. Refund
requests must be submitted in writing to our
customer service team. Processing of approved
refunds typically takes 7-10 business days.
No refunds will be provided after the 14-day
period, regardless of course completion status
or satisfaction level. In cases of technical
difficulties preventing access to course
materials, we will work to resolve the issue or
provide alternative access methods rather than
monetary refunds.
Payment Disputes
Any disputes regarding charges must be reported
within 30 days of the transaction date. We will
investigate all legitimate disputes and work
toward resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
Chargeback requests made without first
contacting our customer service team may result
in immediate account suspension.
Privacy and Data Protection
forynthalexis is committed to protecting your personal
information in accordance with the Australian
Privacy Act 1988 and Privacy Amendment Act 2012. We

exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
giving rise to the claim during the twelve months
preceding the incident.

Termination and Account Suspension
Either party may terminate this agreement at any
time with written notice. forynthalexis reserves the right
to immediately suspend or terminate your account if
you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent
activity, or misuse our platform in ways that could
harm other users or our business operations.
Upon termination, your access to course materials
and platform features will cease immediately. You
may retain access to downloaded materials that were
explicitly designated as permanent resources, but
streaming content and interactive features will no
longer be available.
Termination does not relieve you of any payment
obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
Outstanding fees remain due and payable according
to the original payment terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use
of our services shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both
parties agree to attempt resolution through good
faith negotiations. If direct negotiation fails,
disputes may be referred to mediation through a
mutually agreed upon mediator or mediation service.
For disputes involving amounts less than ,000 AUD,
either party may elect to resolve the matter
through binding arbitration rather than court
proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in
Hobart, Tasmania, under the rules of the Australian
Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
